THE HOST
I’m the host and main fronter! For personal security, I’ve used a nickname for myself.
I’m a 23-year-old queer, disabled witch living in the Southern portion of the US. I’m married to the host of another system and we have four cat children.
DEMYX
FICTIVE - KINGDOM HEARTS
No, there weren’t any Disney characters.
Demyx is a frequent fronter, spending time listening to music, playing video games, or going out to breakfast with his boyfriend Axel.
He came from a world called The Coast of the Sun before it was consumed by darkness; soon after, he found himself taken into Organization 13, promised the work they did was to free the lost hearts. He, and many others in the organization, worked under that lie for years.
By the time Demyx knew the truth, it was too dangerous to leave.
Although no one was sure what happened to a Nobody after they were killed, it turned out to be the best possible outcome when Demyx died at Sora’s hands; he rejoined with his heart and awoke whole—and free from the Organization.
With everything settled, Demyx found Axel again and they rebuilt their lives, now finding friendship in the trio.
RIKU
FICTIVE - KINGDOM HEARTS
Riku has a quiet sort of humor, and often jokes that his cool jackets are 50% of his personality (the other 50% is his hair).
Still newly awoken and having a general struggle with his memory, he has a limited grasp on his exact canon, but was relieved to find the support of his boyfriend Sora in this world.
He’s taken on a protective role over the others in the system, and makes sure everything is running smoothly.
LOKI
PARTIAL FICTIVE - DIVERGENT MCU
While his canon shares elements from both MCU and Norse mythology, it’s generally divergent from both.
After his and Sigyn’s sons were killed, Loki was banished to the Isle of Silence and largely presumed dead. Not long after that, Loki found himself in Thanos’ grasp, conditioned and corrupted by the Mind Stone for nearly a hundred years. After the events of New York, his life and freedom were bargained for by Thor, and he was put under close watch of the Avengers.
After a few years worth of recovery, he joined them. He married a human, and reinstated himself in Asgard, becoming advisor to Thor when he took the throne. Eventually, he and his human husband settled in Vanaheim with their daughter.
Nowadays, he can typically be found reading or watching movies with his husband, whom he felt very lucky to find again in this world, against all odds. Still, he greatly misses his mother, brother, and children.
Though it would be nice to one day reunite with any of them, he knows it’s incredibly unlikely to find others from the same iteration of his canon.
NIE HUAISANG
FICTIVE - MO DAO ZU SHI
While still adjusting to modern American life, Nie HuaiSang is taking everything in stride; he enjoys the culture of expression, the lack of strict courtesy rules, and the incredibly quick access to a hot bath.
Back in the land of the living, HuaiSang has taken to his old habits of lounging, drinking tea, and reading poetry. He's picked up some new ones as well, finding some fascination in the television and its access to many visual stories. Currently, his mission is in watching documentaries, to learn more about the world he's found himself in.
As a romantic (and now that he doesn't have to lead a sect), he's also on the search for a love connection. Understandably, this can be difficult in a system, but he's hopeful. After all, if Wei WuXian can return to life and find love, he should be able to as well.
LAN WANGJI
FICTIVE - MO DAO ZU SHI
Having been purposefully called to this world without an adequate amount of time to spiritually adjust, Lan WangJi is having difficulty adjusting. We're doing all we can to help him with this, and thanks in particular to Riku's and Loki's guidance, he's finally starting to venture out.
He's puzzled by this world and often very taken aback; it's difficult for him to understand everything that's changed and how it's appropriate to act now. For now, he's content to hang back and watch, not fronting much.
ICHIRO
FICTIVE - DRAMATICAL MURDER
Ichiro is from a very divergent version of his source, the result of a baby Aoba having never been taken from the laboratory. The elder brother of Seiji (known as Sei in the game), Ichiro was kept in the lab as an experiment separate from his brother.
Now, he’s still learning how to be a person. While a bit odd in expression, he’s still very outgoing and flirtatious with others.
His favorite food is taiyaki.
SET
RETIRED CHAOS GOD
Set is from an alternate world where the old gods were forgotten. Having faded away, he’s now found himself in a system.
He’s taken fine to his new circumstances, always one to roll with things, though does miss his best friend, Thoth.
Set enjoys the simple things in life: food, sex, and toking up with a pal. He also thinks the edgy media characterizations of him are hilarious.
MAMMON
FICTIVE - KATEKYO HITMAN REBORN
Mammon has been a sort of “background presence” in the system for several years, only recently stirring enough to actually front on occasion. Still, he prefers his solitude.
He enjoys tea, chocolate, and a good horror novel. The Lovecraftian genre is a favorite—though he has little patience for Lovecraft’s rampant racism.
While he doesn’t often listen to music outside of classical (which helps him relax or focus on his work), he does tune in to Mexico’s top hits on occasion, missing his home country of Venezuela.
Overall, Mammon is quiet, analytical, and a bit unnerving. While preferring male pronouns, his gender is best described as “void.”
